About BEA...
Safety for all through regular inspections and repairs is what will keep us all free of liability. That’s why the goal of Building Envelope Archiving is to promote the pursuit of “safety through excellence” in the review, inspection and reporting of the exterior envelopes of all buildings throughout the United States. We’ll provide clients an economical and efficient means of surveying their buildings through the use of our patented software and reporting capabilities, which will include onsite inspections to create photographical evidence at specific milestones as required for mid-rise and high-rise buildings. Said inspections can take place during the construction process or at specific post-construction junctures as determined by the builder, home owners association or the REIT that owns the commercial building. Trends may be identified to schedule regular reviews where appropriate. Our system also allows for the Biding Department of the exterior envelope survey company to view all IFR’s (issues for review) that need correction and place a value for each repair or correction as the photographs are being presented online. This can turn a typical 45 day exterior survey job into a 10 day job - saving not only time, but money.
